ElasticSign - Digital signature platform for Enterprises

About ElasticSign

ElasticSign is a digital signature platform designed for enterprise companies to manage legal and important documents in one place. It includes collaboration features, allowing team members to access the dashboard based on assigned roles, along with an editor tool for document editing and pre-made templates. This project was completed during my internship at Octet Design Studio, where I conducted research, defined product features with a senior designer, and designed the entire dashboard from scratch.

Learning

This was my first SaaS product design project, where I gained valuable insights into SaaS product design, including:

  • Gained a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and design principles from the founder of Octet Design.

  • Developed skills in quantitative analysis through extensive competitor research.

  • Collaborated with fellow designers to present ideas and brainstorm features.

  • Learned to prioritize a "less is more" approach, ensuring clear communication of each interface state to the user.
