I designed the end-to-end experience, from account sign-up to order placement. A standout feature we developed to build user trust in the organic products is to showing user complete product journey after placing the order. It provides transparency throughout the product's journey from harvest, with details about the farmer and their organic certification, to warehouse processing, packaging, and delivery. This feature significantly enhanced customer trust, earning us positive reviews post-implementation.

Achieved the industry's lowest wastage rate of 3%, (typical industry wastage rate of 15% to 20%).
Successfully piloted with 400,000 MRR.
